The Functional Pelvis Course
Accredited for 12 CEUs (HPCSA)
The Functional Pelvis is a 6 part series presented by Mandy Roscher. It is aimed at Musculoskeletal Physios who would like to learn more about the pelvis and pelvic floor.
If you are treating backs, hips, groins or SIJ's then you need to know about the pelvic floor. The muscles of the pelvic floor are an integral part of the bodies kinetic chain and just because you may feel uncomfortable asking about them doesn't mean they don't exist!
1 in 3 women suffer from incontinence, if you are not screening for it you will be missing a key problem in 30% of your female patients. And women are not the only ones who struggle, 1 in 10 men also battle with incontinence. 25% of people are constipated and in this course, we will learn how constipation contributes to all MSK conditions.

Mandy is brilliant and it's been a blessing to be on this course. She's tackling areas that have been so grey up until now yet so important to all musculoskeletal patients. This has helped me on a personal and professional level and I'm so grateful. I look forward to every module and she makes it so funny and interesting yet logical!
